Creality CR White ABS 3D printer filament is built for
functional printing that demands strength, heat resistance, and
durability. ABS is a proven engineering-grade material for
mechanical components, enclosures, brackets, and parts that
face elevated temperatures or repeated mechanical stress. Every
spool is stocked locally in South Africa by Vexil 3D Labs —
no international shipping delays, just fast, reliable
delivery.
Key Features
- Impact and Stress Resistance: ABS
absorbs mechanical loads and impact better than PLA, making
it a reliable choice for functional assemblies and
load-bearing parts. - Heat Resistance: Maintains structural
integrity at temperatures that would deform PLA — suitable
for parts mounted near motors, electronics, or warm
environments. - Consistent Diameter: Tight 1.75mm
tolerance (±0.03mm) ensures steady extrusion and predictable
layer-to-layer results across long prints. - Post-Processing Friendly: ABS sands,
drills, taps, and acetone-smooths cleanly — ideal for parts
that require a finished surface or mechanical assembly. - Clean White Finish: Neutral white is
easy to prime and paint, or use as-is for functional
prototypes and visual models that need a crisp
appearance.
Recommended Print Settings
- Nozzle Temperature: 230°C – 270°C
- Bed Temperature: 80°C – 100°C
- Print Speed: 40–100mm/s
- Cooling Fan: OFF or minimal — forced
cooling promotes layer delamination and warping on
ABS. - Enclosure: Strongly recommended. ABS
prints in an open environment but an enclosure is strongly
recommended to prevent warping on larger parts. - Drying: Recommended — keep the spool
sealed when not in use. If filament has been exposed to
moisture: dry at 70°C for 4–6 hours before printing.
Ensure adequate ventilation during printing — ABS
produces fumes and should not be used in unventilated
spaces.
Compatible Printers
Compatible with most FDM printers. Best results with an
enclosed printer. Suitable for Creality CR-10, Bambu Lab X1/P1
(enclosed), Prusa MK4 with enclosure, and similar machines.
Not recommended for open-frame printers on large parts.
