Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges for unused and unopened 3D printer filament within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • We do not accept returns on any 3D Printed Product sold (example: headphone stands, dragons etc.)

2. Reasons for Returns

We allow returns for the following reasons:

  1. Defective or Damaged Product: If the filament arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
  2. Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong filament, please contact us immediately.
  3. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the purchase, you can return the unopened filament.

3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Used or Opened Filament
  • Customized or Special Orders

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or our website’s contact form. Provide your order number and details about the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide instructions for returning the item and issue a return authorization number (RMA).
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please package the item securely.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned filament, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
  5. Refund or Replacement: We’ll process your refund or send a replacement based on your preference.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
