- Drying: Wood-fibre filament is more moisture-sensitive than standard PLA — if exposed to humidity, dry at 45°C for 4–6 hrs before printing.
Use a 0.4mm nozzle minimum (0.6mm recommended) and a hardened steel nozzle where possible — wood fibre is mildly abrasive and wears brass nozzles faster over time.
