SA Filament Glow in the Dark Green PLA Premium brings a genuinely striking effect to
your prints — charge it under UV or ambient light and it glows bright green in the dark,
no power source required. Supplied on a 500g spool at 1.75mm diameter, this is the filament
for display models, decorative pieces, cosplay props, and any project that needs to make an
impression after the lights go out.

Key Features

• Photoluminescent Glow Effect: Phosphorescent pigment charges under UV
  or ambient light and emits a bright green glow in the dark — the longer the charge, the
  longer the glow.
• PLA Premium Formula: Enhanced PLA base delivers better layer bonding
  and surface quality than standard PLA, with the same ease of printing.
• Nozzle Material Note: Compatible with standard brass nozzles.
  For extended print runs, a plated brass, A2 tool steel, or hardened steel nozzle is
  recommended — the phosphorescent pigment is mildly abrasive over time.
• No Heated Bed Required: Prints on a cold bed or up to 60°C — works
  on machines with and without a heated build plate.
• Post-Processing Friendly: Responds well to sanding, XTC coating, and
  painting — ideal for finishing display-quality pieces.

Recommended Print Settings

• Nozzle Temperature: 200°C – 230°C
• Bed Temperature: No heated bed required; 0°C – 60°C if available
• Bed Adhesion: BuildTak, Magigoo, Painters Tape, or PEI
• Print Speed: 30–60mm/s
• Cooling Fan: 100% from Layer 2 onwards
• Enclosure: Not required
• Drying: Not required for sealed spools. If the spool has been exposed
  to humidity, dry at 50°C for 4–6 hours before printing.

Compatible Printers

Compatible with all standard FDM 3D printers that accept 1.75mm filament, including
Creality Ender 3 (all variants), Creality CR-10, Bambu Lab A1/P1/X1, Prusa MK4, Anycubic
Kobra, Flashforge Adventurer, and most other FDM machines. For extended print runs, upgrade
to a plated brass, A2 tool steel, or hardened steel nozzle to reduce wear from the
phosphorescent pigment.
